Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all our products come with a limited one-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. Normal wear and tear and abuse are not covered.

Is your product compatible with my machine?

Our attachments are compatible with a broad range of machines from various manufacturers. We have extensive experience with most of them, and we are adding detailed compatibility information on our product pages in the coming months. Please contact us for specific questions. We would be happy to discuss your needs.

Where can I buy your products?

VMC products are carried by dealers across the U.S. Contact us today and we will direct you to a dealer in your area. In areas where we don’t have a stocking dealer, we will sell directly to customers.

How do I get replacement parts?

We sell original replacement parts for all the products we manufacture. Please contact us to order parts. We will process your order and ship directly to you via UPS. We accept all major credit cards.

My equipment is broken. Do you offer repair service?

Yes, we do repairs in-house. If it isn’t practical to bring your equipment back to us in Greenwood, SC, we can also advise you with solving some problems over the phone. Contact us for assistance.

Are you a U.S.-based manufacturer?

Yes, most of our products manufactured in Greenwood, South Carolina.
